The Blink is intended to provide insights and support about what happens when you blink and how to regain the necessary confidence to move ahead instead of always looking back. You can’t not blink.
Open your eyes, really open your eyes and measure the differences between what was and what now is, that is when you start sinking into the feeling that you don’t know quite how you got to where you are, or where to from here because it has all changed. More importantly, who do you look to for answers, to not feel alone in the situation you find yourself, and to re-establish a confidence lost?
You’ll know it when it happens. Or, as a matter of recent evidence, maybe you won’t. We move through life in alternating slow and fast cycles. And sometimes those cycles overlap. That’s when we blink. Has that ever happened to you? Say, after many years of marriage? After kids grow into elementary-aged humans? After you’ve been a job for a long time and you begin to wonder where is all of this headed? Or worse, how’d this happen?
The Blink sets out to help unravel what you missed to get where you are and begin to feel good about it. You can’t not blink.
